The service

Star Headshot provides free local photo checks and style examples, plus paid AI headshot generation when the service and payment providers are configured. A disabled checkout means no purchase can be started. Style examples are labeled and do not represent results from your own photograph.

Your permissions

Use photos of yourself that you have permission to process. One package covers one person. Use the same original primary reference photo for each batch and re-shoot under that order. Do not impersonate another person or use generated portraits as misleading identity documents. Local photo checks are creative guidance, not an identity verification or ID-document compliance assessment.

One-time packages

Prices are in USD: Basic $19 for 32 photos, Professional $29 for 64, and Executive $49 for 128. There is no subscription. The order records the rights purchased; later catalog changes do not rewrite them.

Only distinct photos successfully saved for your account count toward delivery. A task reserves its requested allowance. Failed or duplicate results do not count as delivered; retry explicitly to continue, or delete the task to release its undelivered allowance. Previously delivered photos remain counted even if you delete them. Attempts are bounded to prevent repeated failures from creating unlimited provider use; contact account support if a task exhausts its attempts. Re-downloads and size exports use no additional allowance.

Basic and Professional include one re-shoot requested within 14 days after the full initial package has been delivered. Executive includes two within 30 days. A re-shoot is for the same person, uses the same primary reference photo, and can produce up to the original package count. Re-shoots do not extend the original deadline. Deleting a partly delivered re-shoot does not restore that used re-shoot.

Basic, Professional and Executive include 0, 5 and 10 editing credits. One successful edit of one saved photo uses one editing credit. Available edits refine the background, lighting or retouching. Failed edits are not counted. Editing is available while the source photo remains accessible; deleting or allowing that source to expire prevents further edits to it.

Generation is up to 2K with watermark-free downloads. Professional and Executive include priority in the server generation queue and a client-side 4K upscale export with a 4096-pixel long edge. This export is not native 4K generation and does not add guaranteed detail. Results vary; the service does not promise a fixed delivery time or identical facial reproduction.

Starting, pausing and keeping results

Preparing a task uploads the references after separate consent. Generation begins only after you explicitly start it. Started tasks can continue while the server worker is running; the studio can also advance them while open. Pausing stops subsequent images, but an in-progress image may complete. Refreshing does not authorize a new task, and failures are not automatically retried.

Download your results within seven days of task creation. Access then expires, including to references needed for that task. Retain your original primary reference photo if you plan to request a later included re-shoot. See the privacy notice for storage and deletion details.

Payments and support

Checkout is hosted by Stripe and the amount is shown before payment. For a payment problem, failed delivery or refund request, sign in and open Account → Support, including the order number. A support request does not itself issue a refund. Refunds are processed through the payment provider; confirmed full or partial refunds freeze further generation from the order. No unconditional money-back guarantee is offered here.

Teams and operator information

Team organization and invitations are available separately; shared paid allowances, team generation and team billing are not included in an individual package. Operator identity and dedicated contact details remain to be supplied. These descriptions document the implemented behavior and do not substitute for those missing operator details.
